Hi, I’m Vicky — a leadership and redundancy coach with over two decades of senior experience across the public, private and third sectors.
I support professionals who are at risk of redundancy, recently made redundant, or navigating the wider fallout of organisational change. I understand how destabilising redundancy can be, especially for people used to responsibility, momentum and being relied upon.
I’ve experienced redundancy myself more than once and know how isolating it can feel. Often you’re left to navigate it alone — and it becomes clear that HR’s role is to protect the organisation, not the individual.
Alongside coaching, I’ve led large-scale restructures, worked closely with unions and employment lawyers, and built a deep understanding of redundancy processes and employment rights from all sides. When I believed a process was unfair, I pursued my own employment tribunal — giving me insight into the emotional, practical and legal realities when your work, confidence and future feel up in the air.
