Strengths Based Leadership

Course Objectives 

By the end of this session, participants will: 

  •  Understand the foundations of strengths-based leadership and its impact on team performance
  •  Learn how diverse teams outperform homogenous ones when strengths are recognised and leveraged
  • Gain tools to identify and appreciate different strengths in themselves and others 
  • Discover how to individualise job roles and responsibilities to maximise engagement and productivity 
  • Build inclusive, curious, and psychologically safe environments that support ongoing growth and learning

This interactive day includes expert facilitation, team strengths assessments, reflective exercises, breakout group discussions, case studies, and actionable leadership strategies.
